1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Terapush website at terapush.in (the "Site") or any related services provided by Terapush India Private Limited ("Terapush", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Terapush India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in India.

2. Description of Services

Terapush is developing a hybrid social, professional networking, and marketplace platform for India's startup ecosystem. Our current services include:

• An early-access waitlist for our forthcoming platform
• A pitch submission portal for startups to connect with our team
• Informational content about our platform and services

Our platform (mobile and web application) is currently in development and will launch in 2026. The features and capabilities described on our Site represent our intended product and are subject to change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site and services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information, including in pitch submissions or waitlist sign-ups
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Use our Site to transmit unsolicited communications, spam, or malware
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Terapush Site — including the Terapush name, logo, design, text, graphics, and other materials — is the property of Terapush India Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written consent.

When you submit content to us (such as a pitch), you grant Terapush a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your submission. You retain all ownership rights to your submitted content.

6. Investment Disclaimer

Important: Terapush is a platform that connects stakeholders in India's startup ecosystem. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker, or financial institution.

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to invest, or a guarantee of returns. Investments in startups involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You should conduct your own independent due diligence and consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax advisors before making any investment decisions. Terapush does not endorse any startup, investment opportunity, or individual that may be featured on or connected to our platform.

7. Confidentiality of Pitches

We treat all pitch submissions as confidential. Pitch materials shared with us will only be reviewed by the Terapush founding team. We will not share your pitch with third parties (including investors) without your explicit consent.

However, please note that submitting a pitch does not create a confidentiality obligation on our part unless we enter into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you. We recommend clearly marking any materials you consider proprietary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Terapush, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Maps. These links are provided for your convenience only. Terapush does not endorse or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site and services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may request removal from our waitlist or deletion of your submitted data at any time by contacting us at contact@terapush.in.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
